REFUNDS ON NON CUSTOM ORDERS
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed (free from any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Xeist Inc. product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within two (2) days of receipt. If not reported, Xeist Inc. will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. It must also be in the original packaging. No refunds on leggings or socks. 

Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip (click to download form).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Xeist Inc. does not provide return shipping labels. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Upon delivery, there is a one (1) week period to review all orders, after which time the order if marked as confirmed.

Xeist Inc. does not offer returns or refunds on custom orders. Xeist Inc. makes fully custom uniforms and apparel. Every order is customized and produced solely for the respective customer, team or organization.

For this reason we cannot offer refunds for your custom orders.

Free shipping on custom orders only applies to orders over the minimum order amount.

CANCELLED CUSTOM ORDERS:
An order is marked as started as soon as a payment has been received. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been received and the order has started. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and all markdown sales are final.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Once a pre-order is made it cannot be cancelled or modified prior to dispatch of the goods.

We do not accept returns for refunds on pre-ordered items. You have the option to return it for an exchanged item or for an Xeist Inc. store credit or gift card.

EXCHANGES ON NON CUSTOM ORDERS:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

No exchanges on leggings or socks. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@xeist.com

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

SHIPPING:
To return your product, please email info@xeist.com.

Xeist Inc. will not be responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS: 

Xeist reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Xeist reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

SIZING:
Our sizing guides can be found at https://www.xeist.com/pages/sizing-guides. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size.


COLOURS:
The colours on all uniforms and apparel are selected by using the Pantone colour code selected in your designs or the closest Pantone colour code based on the respective designs. Pantone colour are always displayed on your artwork and confirmed with our clients prior to production. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for colour related issues to shades of colour. If in the event that there is a misprint, for example red instead of blue, than we will remedy the misprint. 

TURNAROUND TIME:
Our turnaround time is an average of 4-5 weeks for uniforms and 5-6 weeks for apparel. These times are subject to change during peak periods and factors out of our control. We base the start of our turnaround time once the complete order has been submitted, without any changes, designs have been confirmed and a minimum deposit of 50% has been made. Xeist Inc. is not liable for any such delays that may arise during shipping time. On average, shipping time is 3-5 days.

Our Fulfillment Team continually strives to deliver all related apparel on or ahead of time, we are not able to guarantee delivery. As such, Xeist Inc. does not offer refunds for orders that are late.
